First Aid Training Co-operative aim to provide the best training possible, whatever course you have chosen to do with us. These terms and conditions aim to ensure that you (the client) understand the booking procedure and what happens in the event of unforeseen circumstances arising.

COVID-19 Mitigation Measures
We are committed to demonstrating best practice in everything we do, including in measures aimed at reducing the risk of spreading viruses responsible for diseases such as Covid-19.
Viruses such as Covid-19 are primarily spread between people in close contact, most often via inhaling small droplets in the air produced by coughing or sneezing, or via touching a contaminated surface and then touching the face. A first aid training course requires a group of people to be in close proximity throughout, so is an activity that carries an inherent risk.
By completing this registration process, you as a learner confirm that you have read and understood, and agree to the following points:
- First Aid courses are by necessity a practical activity that involve close personal contact with other participants on the course.
-
You are not, or should not be self isolating for any other reason
-
You understand that you must follow all guidance on the course or assessment to help prevent the spread of viruses, e.g. hand washing, personal distancing or the use of PPE
-
You will not attend your course if you feel unwell, or have a high temperature in the days prior to your course.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for providing a replacement course, or refund of your course registration fee if you cannot attend the course at late notice due to being ill or unable to attend for any reason. We strongly recommend taking out insurance covering course registration cancellation if this is of concern to you.

First Aid Training Co-operative endeavours to work hard for its clients however, and every effort will be made to accommodate your needs where possible.
All courses have a minimum number of clients required to run. If this minimum number is not reached 7 days before a public course start date, you will be notified by First Aid Training Co-operative and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
First Aid Training Co-operative reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. A reason for this may be unforeseen circumstances such as road or resort closure, extreme weather conditions, serious illness etc. Should this ever happen, First Aid Training Co-operative will arrange an alternative date with the course organiser.
Should The First Aid Training Co-operative Ltd have to cancel a course for either of the above reasons, we will not be liable for any additional losses incurred.
